केन्द्रीय ग्रंथालय नियमावली
1. महाविद्यालय में सभी नियमित प्रवेश प्राप्त छात्र-छात्राओं को ग्रंथालय की सदस्यता प्रदान की जाएगी |
Library membership will be provided to all the students who have got regular admission in the college.
2. ग्रंथालय से पुस्तकें निर्गम-आगम के समय परिचय-पत्र लाना अनिवार्य हैं | परिचय-पत्र के अभाव में पुस्तकें निर्गमित नहीं की जाएगी |
It is mandatory to bring the identity card at the time of issue and return of books from the library. Books will not be issued in the absence of Identity Card.
3. ग्रंथालय से पुस्तकें 30 दिनों के लिए निर्गमित की जाएगी | पुस्तक निर्गमित कराते समय पुस्तकों की स्थिति पृष्ठ आदि की जांच कर लेवें अन्यथा वापसी के समय किसी भी प्रकार की जवाबदारी संबंधित सदस्य की होगी |
Books will be issued from the library for 30 days. While issuing the book, check the status of the books, page etc., otherwise, at the time of return, any type of responsibility will be of the member concerned.
4. नियत तिथि तक पुस्तकें वापस नहीं करने पर 2/- रुपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से अर्थदण्ड देय होगा |
If the books are not returned by the due date, a fine of Rs.2/- per day will be payable.
5. पुस्तकों को खराब करने , फाड़ने अथवा गुम हो जाने पर सदस्य को पुस्तक मूल्य की डेढ़ गुनी राशि नियमानुसार जमा करनी होगी |
If the books are damaged, torn or lost, the member will have to deposit one and a half times the book value as per rules.
6. ग्रंथालय द्वारा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पुस्तकों को 30 दिवस के पूर्व भी मंगवाया जा सकता हैं
If required by the library, books can be ordered even before 30 days.
7. पुस्तक निर्गम-आगम हेतु स्वयं उपस्थित होवें | समय समय पर नियमों का अवलोकन कर ग्रंथालय कार्य में सहयोग करें |
Be present yourself for the book issue. Cooperate in library work by observing the rules from time to time.
8. ग्रंथालय में अनुशासनहीनता तथा ग्रंथालय के नियमों का उलंघन करने पर ग्रंथालय की सदस्यता स्थगित कर दी जाएगी |
Library membership will be suspended for indiscipline in the library and violation of the rules of the library.
9. प्राचार्य का निर्णय अंतिम एवं सर्वमान्य होगा |
The decision of the Principal will be final and binding.
